Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
WebAdish AutoSheets Pro includes a full refund window of 30 days from purchase if the plugin does not work as described or you are unsatisfied for any reason.
2. How To Request a Refund
Email refunds@webadish.com with your full name, purchase email, license key, and an optional reason for the refund request.
Response target: 2 business days. Refund processing target: within 7 business days after approval.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, whether that is Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or the original card/account used during purchase.
4. What Happens After Refund
If a refund is approved, the license key is deactivated. You may continue using the free version where applicable, but Pro-only features and updates will no longer remain licensed.
5. Exceptions
- No refunds after 30 days.
- No refunds where license keys were shared or resold.
- No refunds for Terms of Service violations.
- Fraudulent chargebacks are treated as abuse and may lead to permanent purchase restrictions.
6. Upgrades and Multiple Licenses
Multiple licenses are treated individually. Upgrade purchases reset the refund window for the upgrade itself, not the original purchase amount.
7. Technical Issues
If you hit a technical issue, contact support@webadish.com first. The support team will try to resolve the issue before a refund is necessary.
